Mr. Bo LI

 

Mr. Li received his B.S. in Microbiological Pharmaceutics in 1999 and M.S. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry in 2002 from Shenyang Pharmaceutical University. In 2010, he received his degree of maser of laws in Civil and Commercial Law from China University of Political Science and Law.

From 2002 to 2007, Mr. Li worked at Patent Examination Cooperation Center of the SIPO as an examiner. He also worked with Beijing No.1 Intermediate People's Court as a juror, dealing with IP cases from Septemebr 2005 to October 10, 2006. Mr. Li started his career in 2007 as an attorney serving both Chinese and foreign clients.

Mr. Li's practices include administrative litigation, infringement litigation, infringement analysis, patent strategy making and consultationin the fields of pharmaceutical, biotechnical, chemistry and materials. 

Mr. Li's working languages include Chinese and English.
