Ms. Paula Pei

Ms. Pei received her degree of Master of Arts from University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) in 2006, and is qualified as an attorney-at-law as of 2010. Ms. Pei was studying civil law at Renmin University of China as an on-job postgraduate from 2012 to 2014.

Ms. Pei has been working on trademark since 2013 and before that had worked for CDM projects at Sindicatum Carbon Capital for seven years. Ms. Pei joined Panawell & Partners in November 2016.

Ms. Pei has experience in trademark counseling and search, application for registration, opposition, review, invalidation, cancellation and appeals, trademark change, license, assignment and renewal, and trademark litigation.

Ms. Pei's working languages include Chinese and English.
